Our recruitment fees are based upon the type of role you are recruiting for and the time it takes us to identify and recruit the successful candidate.

We believe what you pay should be based upon the degree of difficulty and time taken in filling the role rather than a simple percentage of the successful person's final salary.

This might mean we charge a lower rate for high earners in high-profile positions but a higher rate for someone lower down the pay scale in a more particular role.

We believe taking a simple cut is often unrepresentative of the work involved in recruiting the best people and feel our flexible fees are a fairer reflection or our industry expertise.

We're more interested in finding you the right candidate rather than finding ourselves the right fee and we feel our rates reflect this philosophy.
