Why did you join Oakstone?
I wanted to work for an established company with a great reputation, ethos and culture – Oakstone has all of this. I also wanted to work with Paul after meeting him because I knew he would be the best boss I would ever have because he cared, he was interested and because he’s a CEO who is actually involved in the business.

What’s the best thing about the management?
Volumes of ongoing support, training and encouragement
Worse thing about management?
Making me play finger of tea and the boys being too competitive when we do team events!
Describe the culture
We are all hard working, driven and want to succeed but we all know how to have fun.
What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy going out to eat (so I don’t have to cook!), the gym, trips away to new places, salted caramel, climbing mountains and pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

My friends, my grandad and funny movies
What makes you angry?
People that don’t look after planet earth
What frustrates you?
People that are late

Being organised, kind and helping others

I never say no to people even when I should!
