Meet Oakstone Recruitment Consultant, Carolina Nunes
Why did you join Oakstone?
I was approached by Paul and he was one of the reasons for me to join Oakstone. Very transparent, open and straight forward approach - loved it!!!
One other reason was: everyone was so friendly and they seemed so happy working at Oakstone (I now know why 😃)
How long have you been here?
1 year 10 months - it will be 2 years in January next year. (God!!! Time does fly!!!)
What’s the best thing about the management?
They are always there for you! You can expect 110% support from them.
Very supportive and most importantly they believe in your abilities to grow and develop yourself.
Worse thing about management?
Hmmmm… can’t really complaint (yet hahaha 😉)
Describe the culture
Work hard, play harder!
We all get along quite well (which definitely helps) so we tend to go out all together every month or every other month (plus all the team building activities, Xmas do, Summer BBQ, etc… organised by Oakstone).
What do you do in your spare time?
I’m a gym fan, but also love going out for meals (cheese & wine is one of the favourite things to do on a Wednesday night at the moment). I love shopping, outdoor sports (cycling, surfing, rock climbing), etc… I’m a very active person; however I do love my ‘beauty sleep’ hahaha
What makes you laugh?
What makes you angry?
Broken promises and fake people.
What frustrates you?
Limitations – being limited or constrained.
What your greatest strength?
Independent, progressive and humanitarian.
What are your Weakness?
Impatience - I’m the type of person that if I want something, I have to have it now… Gladly, my job has been teaching me to be more patience, because good things take time.
