Oakstone’s relationship with BGC Partners started with the Global Head of Middle Technology who has since been promoted to the CTO at BGC’s FENICS brand.

Oakstone had numerous requirements, which meant expanding our team to keep up with the demand of the company.  The relationship involved partnering together to find out the demands of BGC and see how we could get results from this.

We now have consultants within Oakstone who work exclusively on BGC partner roles to find skilled, experienced and talented individuals quickly.

The company’s equirements are ongoing as their business is naturally expanding, which is similar to our own. Their key requirements are to deliver new talent into their existing company and also use Oakstone’s services to expand companies such as Kalahari, which is a software that they use internally and have now acquired.
