  • Quantilope needed assistance hiring 8 key people across multiple teams and regions (Client Development EMEA, Account Director UK & DACH, Product Marketing, Partner Manager & SDR Manager EMEA).

  • Despite having an established internal Talent Team with internal recruiters and a vast network within the Market Research sector, Quantilope wanted to work with a trusted partner on a retained basis who had the specific experience and network, not only in the SaaS and Consulting space but also within the Martech & Analytics space.

  • ·Quantilope were referred to Oakstone by their VP of EMEA, who had previously worked with Oakstone at Celonis.

  • Oakstone invested time learning about Quantilope’s individual requirements, working closely with their newly appointed VP EMEA to establish the challenges and requirements of each role.

  • Oakstone worked alongside Quantilope’s internal hiring team and hiring managers to understand their exact briefs enabling us to streamline the process and find the right people quickly.

  • A dedicated target list of companies was created to ensure we successfully targeted the right candidates for each role. These candidates were then qualified by our team and shortlist was then submitted to Quantilope.
