Tell us something interesting about yourself?

When I was 18, I moved to America for 6 months on my own to play football. It was by far the best months in my life and enjoyed every minute of it.

 

What attracted you to the world of recruitment?

The opportunity to not only achieve in both personal and financial growth but also to develop my own network very much stood out to me as I am a people’s person. Having an opportunity where you are building relationships and trust on a daily occurrence was perfect for me, as in life your network if your networth.

 

What were your initial thoughts on Oakstone International?

My initial thoughts were that Oakstone offered a great opportunity to excel into a lucrative career in the financial domain but also the chance to improve as an individual. Since starting I have made great friendships with the team, and I am growing my skills day-by-day.

 

What is some advice you would give to someone who is going for an interview?

Make sure you are showing confidence in yourself and your ability, be assertive in your answers and professional posture is key.

What advice would you give to hiring managers?

Interviews are always an anxious and intimidating experience initially. Always have an empathetic and relax tone of voice, having a laugh at the start of the conversation with the individual will automatically relax the candidate, this will subconsciously enable the candidate to indulge into more detail on questions without thinking.
