Tell us something interesting about yourself

When I was 12, I moved to America with my family, and we moved back when I was 18. It was by far the best time of my life and I enjoyed every second of it.

What attracted you to the world of recruitment?  

The possibilities to earn big. I have always been money motivated, and I love an environment where how much I earn is a direct representation of how hard I work.

What were your initial thoughts on Oakstone International? 

I thought it was a very professional company filled with very friendly, motivated people.

What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone who is going for an interview?

Be friendly. Friendliness is one of the biggest qualities anyone can have, and it helps with rapport building.

What advice would you give to hiring managers?  

In an interview, dig deeper into the candidate’s life and events that have happened and impacted them, creating who they are today. This will show that you want to build a strong rapport with the candidate and will make the interview less tense for both the HM and the candidate.
