Work For Your Career

Oakstone International Executive Search work for your career

Regardless of your employment and business background, opportunities must never be overlooked and should be grasped with both hands. Your future career is moulded by the path you pave, even right now as you read this you have the ability to change it.

I know I’m not alone in admitting I have let opportunities pass me by, when self-doubt silences your motivation and the fear of failure speaks louder… “But”, “Maybe”, “I don’t know”, “I can’t”, ”I don’t have the time”, “I’ll try”.

SAY “YES!” – Find the time, gain the knowledge, accept the consequences and overcome the challenge!

Joining the Oakstone team on my placement year has been a key factor in reinforcing this philosophy in my daily life. As a team we are challenged daily to reflect Oakstone’s values and mission in our work, in return we get the opportunity to achieve the highest levels of success.

Doors will always open, just turn the handle!

My university degree has continually taught me the key elements of IT, from specialised cyber security, system methodologies to IT business integration. Working behind the scenes at Oakstone allows me to understand its infrastructure, processes and how as a team we rely on technology.

The challenges I face daily to maintain and improve such aspects of Oakstone’s IT, reinforces everything I have studied and implemented in my first/second year and provides me with the opportunities I need to take to continue in my progression.

Everyone at Oakstone is driven to be the best they can be for their clients, candidates, themselves and their families. Growing success in a supportive and competitive environment which keeps every interaction progressive and vibrant. This environment alongside the ability to say “YES!” to opportunities and be supported in my growth potential is what I love about my role.

Be happy in what you do and never settle for YOUR average, when someone asks “What do you do?” reply “Whatever it takes!”
