Executive Recruitment Consultant

Develop strong knowledge of the industry sectors we focus on and enhance our knowledge and penetration into new areas.

Recruit top 20% industry professionals on behalf of our current and future clients.

Account Development: Participate in the sale of recruitment services to clients and prospective clients within an assigned or chosen Industry speciality.  Maintain and develop satisfied clients though proper handling of clients and candidates.

Plan long range and daily sales activities for contacting clients and prospects to promote sales.

Customer Service: Counsel and advise clients regarding the recruitment process, candidates – identify opportunities and problems and quickly address or resolve them.

Manage fulfilment process: Manage the candidate identification and recruitment process, set up and manage interviews, negotiate terms between parties as necessary to assist in the decision process.

Researching and identifying relevant companies in technology sectors

Using various internet resources to gather information as to who works within the companies and their positions held.

Creating target lists of people to contact – via email and phone.

Using CRM software to organise assignments and update all communications.

Recruit top 20% industry professionals on behalf of our current and future clients.

Making large number of Cold Calls to introduce our service and specific career opportunities

This will include:

  • Completion of Assignment plan

  • Market/Company Research

  • Target Companies

  • Build List of Candidates from Database / Linkedin / + Target Co.’s / Previous HH/Searches

  • Creating effective and impactful recruitments presentations

  • Present Opportunities to candidates

  • Identify levels of interest / hot buttons / red flags

  • Qualify and shortlist the best people for the roles

  • Create and administer follow up information

  • Manage the interview processes

  • Update database to record calls and actions and to document the above

Account Development: Identify and qualify business potential of past and current customers.  Develop additional business within those companies.

Pricing: Clearly advise customers of established fees in accordance with office and company directives.

Customer Service: Counsel and advise customers and quickly resolve problems.  Refer to requests for additional services to the office management for approval.

Manage Fulfilment Process: Manage the candidate identification and recruitment process, send-outs, and placements as necessary to secure decisions.

Maintain Professional Standards: Comply with company and office policy regarding attendance on the job.  Adhere to company ethics and business conduct guidelines.

Office Development: Work effectively with others to create a positive and productive work atmosphere

Manage time and resources to ensure daily, monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets are met
