Bizagi called on Oakstone to help drive forward its ambitious plans for rapid expansion in Europe.

The executive leadership team identified a window of growth opportunity in the digital transformation sector. It was critically important for Bizagi to accelerate and maximise that opportunity.

The company was looking to aggressively expand across its three key regions in EMEA (UK, DACH and Spain) by hiring 20 experienced sales and pre-sales executives.

Oakstone’s Solution

Oakstone sourced a UK-based sales director for northern Europe plus four other sales executives – all to be based in Britain.

In Germany our team recruited 7 executives for Bizagi’s Munich office.

In Spain, we hired an enterprise sales executive to cover southern Europe from Madrid.

The project required extensive search, qualification and cultivation of potential candidates to attract and then deliver the calibre of sales executives required by Bizagi.

Our team worked against the clock, ever mindful of the short timescale involved.
