Burnice joined Oakstone in 2022 with the ambition to expand her knowledge within the software and technology industry at a global scale. She holds previous recruitment experience in a Top Tier Management Consulting firm with a focus primarily for Africa.   

Her passion for people development and coaching, inspires her drive to source top talent, empowering and enabling individuals to reach their desired career aspirations.

Outside of work Burnice, enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be running,  cycling, paddleboarding …… or spending time with family and friends.

LOL!
