Steve Farr joined Oakstone in 2005 and is an expert in international searches and sourcing strong talent for early-stage / pre-IPO software vendors.

Steve enjoys the dynamic, fast-paced nature of the software industry and keeps a close eye on emerging technologies. He has worked extensively across multiple sectors including: social media, CRM, ecommerce, marketing automation, CEM & WCM – helping source executive management through to sales and delivery.

Steve’s commitment to his clients is not only to match skill set and experience but also to establish a cultural fit; a key criteria for early stage ventures. He strives to create long term relationships both with clients and individuals alike, enabling him to deliver the best results time after time.

Prior to joining Oakstone in 2005, Steve progressed through the ranks of Marks & Spencer’s management training scheme, having failed to challenge Tiger Woods on the professional golf circuit.
