Company Background

Pros originally contacted Oakstone in 2010.  Although Pros had a GM and UK Sales Leader based in the UK, they needed assistance sourcing people for their first UK sales team.  After quick success in hiring the UK sales team, Oakstone assisted Pros in entering the French and German markets by hiring entire teams in both countries.

Over the course of the next 3 years, Oakstone successfully sourced 53 people for Pros.

Pros then wanted to focus their hiring on a more internal sourcing model, however, they re-approached Oakstone in 2018 on the recommendation of their newly appointed VP of Human Resources, who Oakstone had worked with closely in the past.

Pros needed assistance hiring critical roles across sales and presales across the UK, France and Germany, as well as sales leadership in all 3 areas.

In 2018, Oakstone successfully sourced GM Europe, RVP France and RVP Germany.  In addition, Oakstone successfully sourced 3 salespeople in the UK, 2 salespeople in Germany, 1 salesperson in France and Pros’ EMEA Marketing Manager.
