Original Requirements & Recruitment Journey

Intelex approached Oakstone as they were looking for a recruitment partner for specific ‘first people on the ground roles’ in Germany and the Nordics, as well as commercial and technical people in the UK, where they were already established.

Oakstone met the Intelex VP Europe at their offices in Reading to learn more about them and their visions for the company's growth and expansion.

Intelex had no experience in the German and Nordics markets, however, by working with Oakstone, they gained a great deal of knowledge about these markets and we’re able to position themselves competitively in terms of package and benefits in each region.
