Having invested over two decades in establishing this market, they are motivated by the knowledge that it is just in the early stages of its potential.

Original Requirements & Recruitment Journey

Intelex approached Oakstone as they were looking for a recruitment partner for specific ‘first people on the ground roles’ in Germany and the Nordics, as well as commercial and technical people in the UK, where they were already established.

Oakstone met the Intelex VP Europe at their offices in Reading to learn more about them and their visions for the growth and expansion of the company.

Intelex had no experience in the German and Nordics markets, however, by working with Oakstone, they gained a great deal of knowledge about these markets and we’re able to position themselves competitively in terms of package and benefits in each region. We quickly became trusted advisors in their recruitment efforts.

Oakstone is continuing to support the growth of Intelex in EMEA working on roles in Germany, Spain, France and further afield into the US.
