I love being active and enjoy anything outdoors, will often sign up for fun races whether it's cycling, running, or hiking where contributions made go to charity.

 

What attracted you to the world of recruitment?

I’m very much a people person and have a passion for helping others develop. Being in a position where I am part of a process and get to connect with incredible people, being able to help them achieve their next career aspirations is not only rewarding but also gives me a sense of purpose.

What is some advice you would give to someone who is going for an interview?

Go prepared, ensure to research the company, and understand its core values and mission. Be personable and be able to honestly define how you believe your skills are significant and in line with their values and importantly have questions prepared.

What advice would you give to hiring managers?

Time is money, having total clarity and understanding of what it is that you require out of a hire can help with a more efficient candidate search and importantly remembering that not only does the candidate have to make an impression but as an organisation, the recruitment process and candidate experience all plays a part when it comes to company reputation and offer decisions.
